No case is exactly the same.

There are always differences between cases, whether it is a divorce case, parenting matter, bankruptcy case, or estate plan. Think of it this way: cases are like snowflakes- from a distance, they may look alike but when you get up close they all have differences and nuances that drive strategies and tactics, and ultimately results of each individual case. Most clients, before meeting with a lawyer, will tend to compare their situation with that of a friend, family member, or coworker. People tend to want confirmation from others that their own perspective on their case is the right one. This is a common mistake. Presuming your friend's case, whether those results were good or bad, will mean the same for your case may cause misconceptions that lead to fear, anxiety, and sleepless nights. With an objective examination of your case, I can help dispel those misconceptions, provide an honest and candid assessment of your case, and help you decide the right course of action.
